About Zibkit
A kit full of free tools.
Zibkit is a collection of free online tools for everyday work — converting images, combining PDFs, counting words, formatting JSON, running calculations, and the small tasks that would otherwise send you hunting for software to install.
Why we built it
Most of the “quick tools” people search for are buried behind sign-up walls, trial limits, or upload forms that ship your files to someone else's servers. We thought that was backwards. A tool that takes five seconds to use shouldn't require an account, and a file you're just trying to convert shouldn't leave your computer.
Zibkit is our answer: fast, focused tools that do one job well, are free for everyone, and respect your privacy by working in your browser wherever possible.
How it works
Every tool on Zibkit runs in your own browser. When you upload a file, it is read and processed locally on your device — it is never transmitted to our servers, and we never see or store it. This approach is faster for you, better for your privacy, and keeps the service free to run.
The only thing we remember is your preference for light or dark mode, which is stored on your own device.
What we believe
- Free means free. No subscriptions, no premium plans, no hidden limits.
- No accounts. You never need to register or log in to use anything.
- Private by default. Files stay on your device unless a tool genuinely cannot work that way — and then we say so clearly.
- Fast and honest. Small pages, no bloat, and no claims we can't back up.
