1. The service

Zibkit provides free online tools for everyday tasks. The tools are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We work hard to keep everything working correctly, but we do not guarantee that any tool is error-free, always available, or suitable for a particular purpose.

2. Your files and content

You keep all rights to the files and text you process. Because our tools run in your browser, we do not receive, store or claim any rights over your content. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use and process the files you work with, and for keeping your own copies of anything important.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use Zibkit for anything unlawful, or in a way that could harm the service or other users. This includes attempting to disrupt the site, probing for vulnerabilities, or uploading content that is illegal or infringes others' rights.

4. Accuracy of results

Tools such as calculators and converters are provided for convenience. Please verify important results — especially anything financial, legal or safety-related — using appropriate professional sources. We are not liable for decisions made on the basis of tool output.

5. Intellectual property

The Zibkit name, logo and site design belong to us. You may not copy them or present our service as your own. Your files remain yours.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zibkit is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the site, including loss of data, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the new terms.
